This team keeps the archives and all written records of the official decisions of the membership, of the membership roll including letters of membership transfer, and of the correspondence with other religious bodies such as sister churches and the conference.  It provides written reports to the membership on a quarterly basis.  The Church Clerk serves as the Secretary of the Bethel Baptist Church corporation.
