This team prepares the Leaders annual election ballot by enlisting gifted nominees, and the membership then uses this ballot to elect the Leaders.  This team serves as liaison to the Council of Elders in securing and relating with all paid personnel other than the Pastors.  The Council of Elders serves as the Search Team when the need arises to call an Elder or a Pastor-Elder and makes the salary package recommendations for the Pastor-Elders.
